Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! All shipping orders under $100 is $8.95 USD Flat Rate Fee. All standard shipping orders shipped with USPS or UPS.
As we offer FREE Shipping on US orders customer is responsible to pay shipping for returns.
Shipping is $25 USD for Canada or FREE on orders over $150 USD.
Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days due to high order volume.
Orders placed after 4pm PST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
Items labeled imported in the description take approximately 5 to 12 business days to be delivered.
**Pre-orders items are shipped according to the date listed on the product page. Once your order comes in you will receive an email notification and your order will be shipped to you on that date.

Returns:

Moody Fitz’s Boutique does not currently offer refunds. However, we do accept returns for store credit, or we can do exchanges if the item is available.
You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit.
Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only. Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.
All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
