Shipping policy

Shipping: Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100+ and over!  Shipping for orders under $100 is $8.95 USD.  All standard orders are shipped with USPS, FedEx or UPS.   Shipping for Canada is $25 USD or FREE on orders over $150+

Processing time: Please allow 2 to 3 Business Days for processing.  (Expect delays if we encounter holidays) Please note weekends and federal holidays are not consider business days. 

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a notification via email containing courier details and tracking number.  Domestic (US) orders are processed and delivered via standard delivery within 2 to 5 business days. Imported Orders are estimated to be delivered within 5 to 12 business days.  Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control.  Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disaster may cause further delays. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
