- As we offer FREE Shipping on US orders customer is responsible to pay shipping for returns.Â
- Shipping is $25 USD for Canada or FREE on orders over $150 USD.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-4 business daysÂ
- Orders placed after 4pm PST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
- **Pre-orders items are shipped according to the date listed on the product page. Once your order comes in you will receive an email notification and your order will be shipped to you on that date.
- Please note Moody Fitz's Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Returns:
- Moody Fitz’s Boutique does not currently offer refunds. However, we do accept returns for store credit, or we can do exchanges if the item is available.Â
- You have 14 days after purchase date to return for store credit.Â
- Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout. Please note that the store credit is for 1 time use only and must be used in its entirety.Â
- All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
